Contributions are transferred to the UPI account of the Secretary of DKLM Panachamoodu Mekhala. The Secretary manages funds on behalf of the Mekhala and its activities.
By proceeding with the payment, the donor acknowledges and agrees to this arrangement.
3. Use of Funds
Funds received may be used for:

- Teachers’ welfare activities

- Administrative support for the Mekhala
Allocation of funds is determined internally based on current needs and priorities.

As donations are voluntary, once a payment is successfully completed through UPI, it cannot be reversed by the Mekhala. Donors are advised to verify the amount carefully before completing payment.

6. Donor Privacy
The Mekhala does not directly collect or store donor personal data through the website.
Any information visible through UPI (such as payer name or optional payment remarks) is accessible only through the payment application used and is not publicly shared.
Donor identities are kept private and are not displayed publicly.
7. No Formal Charitable Claim
DKLM Panachamoodu Mekhala functions as a teachers’ association within its sector. Donations made through this website should not be interpreted as contributions to a formally registered charitable institution unless officially declared otherwise.
8. Acceptance of Terms
