The mekhala is led by a committee of office bearers, with separate conveners for examinations and for the welfare fund.

Administers financial assistance to madrasa teachers. Led by the Welfare Fund Convener and Joint Convener.
Teacher training
Training and professional support for muallims across the mekhala.
Office and records
Maintains the register of madrasas, student records and correspondence.
